Progress Care Housing Association is a charitable organisation that has earned a national reputation for providing good quality housing in the community. Progress Care Housing offers housing to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, vulnerable and young people, and women and their children escaping domestic abuse. Progress Care Housing owns and manages over 500 homes across the United Kingdom, housing almost 1,500 tenants.
Who is LiLAC?
LiLAC stands for Leeds Independent Living Accommodation Company. LiLAC provides a supported housing management and repairs service across the area covered by Leeds City Council.
LiLAC is made up of three partners: Progress Care Housing Association; Powerminster Gleeson Services Ltd; and Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd.
Progress Care Housing Association provides the supported housing management service and accommodation. Powerminster Gleeson Services Ltd provides the repairs service. Jack Lunn (Construction) Ltd built the properties. These organisations have been chosen to provide these services by Leeds City Council.
