Progress Care Housing Association is part of Progress Housing Group, a flexible, dynamic organisation, which aims to provide high quality housing and related services for all its customers. Other members of the Group are New Progress Housing Association and Property Services.
New Progress Housing Association provides high quality homes and housing management across the North West. It now owns and/or manages around 4,000 properties, including low cost rented housing, accommodation for retired people and the homeless, shared ownership and leasehold schemes, NHS staff accommodation and private rented properties. It also operates a 24-hour call centre that covers emergency alarms in retirement schemes and in the community, and provides a contact point for reporting emergency repairs etc.
Progress Care Housing Association is a charitable organisation that has built a national reputation for providing good quality housing in the community for vulnerable people. It owns and manages accommodation for more than 1,300 tenants in over 45 local authority areas throughout the UK.
Property Services division employs over 100 staff covering all the building trades. It carries out repairs and maintenance for the Group, local authorities and other housing associations.
