United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust has signed a £22 million deal with Progress Care Housing Association to provide high quality accommodation. An extensive building programme is already underway across four sites, offering a range of new and refurbised flats and houses. It is expected that the total building programme will take up to two and a half years to complete. At the end of the process the following accommodation will be available:-
