Payment by telephone

Payments in respect of rent, sundry debts and service charges can be made by debit card over the telephone. Contact the Database Team on telephone number 01772 450610 to make a payment. Please note: we can only take payment from the card holder.

Payment by salary deduction

If you are directly employed by United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust, you can request that your payment is deducted from your monthly salary. To request sakary deduction, please complete the form below and return it to your Accommodation Office.

Payment by Direct Debit

Payment can be collected automatically on a monthly or weekly basis from your bank account. You remain in control and can cancel the direct debit at any time. Click here to download a Direct Debit form now.

Complete and return to: The Database Team, Progress Care, Housing Association, Sumner House, 21 King Street, Leyland, PR25 2LW. Don't forget to include your Tenancy Number.
