New Progress Housing Association provides high quality, affordable housing across the North West. New Progress owns and manages around 4,000 homes for rent, including 1,000 sheltered properties for retired people.

Progress Care Housing Association
Progress Care Housing Association is a charitable organisation that has earned a national reputation for providing good quality housing in the community for vulnerable people. Progress Care offers housing to people with learning difficulties, mental health needs, children and young people, and women escaping domestic abuse. Progress Care owns and manages over 500 homes across the United Kingdom, housing almost 1,500 tenants.

Progress Care Housing Association has also recently undertaken management of keyworker accommodation at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
