Over the next month we will be holding a number of meetings and consultative panels to gain the views of our tenants on a number of issues as well as providing them with information on current policies.

The next training seminar will be held on the 3rd February. This session focuses on opening and using bank accounts and may be of particular interest to those with Post Office Bank Accounts as this service is scheduled to be withdrawn in 2010. Participants will get guidance from the NPHA Welfare Rights Manager – Franco Barnowski – on how to make the best use of bank accounts for budgeting and general money management. This induction and refresher event is suitable for those already involved and newcomers to service standard testing through mystery shopping and other techniques.
