Direct Debit Logo

Direct Debit is the simplest way for you to pay your rent. It saves you time, is more convenient, and gives you greater control over your money and budget. It also takes the worry and hassle out of ensuring your rent is paid on time.

Over 75% of adults in the UK have at least one Direct Debit and these are some of the reasons why:

Budget better

Paying your regular bills by Direct Debit allows you to spread the cost over an agreed period and enables you to budget for all of your household bills

Guaranteed

The Direct Debit Guarantee covers you if the wrong amount of money is debited from your account or it is debited before the agreed date. You will also be given advance notice if the date or amount changes; and you have the right to cancel at any time.

Protect your payment holiday

By paying your rent by Direct Debit, you can ensure that your account does not fall into arrears and safeguard your annual week's payment holiday.

Gives you peace of mind

Payments are made automatically ensuring your rent payment is never forgotten.

Saves you time

Direct Debit takes the hassle out of rent payment. You don't have to queue at your bank or fill out a cheque each time.

It's really easy to set up a Direct Debit - just complete a direct debit instruction form, return it to us, and we'll do the rest. You can get a form by contacting our customer services team on 01772 450600 or downloading it by clicking here.
