Lucky New Progress tenant, Craig Foster, got more than he bargained for when he decided to tell us what he thought about our services.

The father of two who lives in Farington, Leyland returned a customer feedback survey and is now the proud owner of a brand new flat screen TV after winning the organisation's annual prize-draw.

Says Tracey Wilson, who organised the draw for tenants who returned their completed surveys on time:

'We obviously value highly any feedback from customers and the surveys are vital in helping us to shape our services. We came up with the draw idea to help encourage tenants to tell us what they thought and also to provide some recognition for their efforts.

'It was great to be the one to tell Craig that he had won the star prize and I am sure his children are over the moon!'

A further 50 tenants received high street vouchers totalling £1000 in the draw.
