Pay Your Rent Online

There are 4 ways to pay your rent to New Progress:

1. By Direct Debit
Monthly or weekly from your building society or bank account. You remain in control and can cancel the direct debit at any time. Click here to request a direct debit form or telephone 01772 450600. Click here to complete a form now

2. At any Post Office
New Progress swipe cards let you pay your rent at any post office counter. Just present your card with your cash or cheque payment and it will be credited to your account. The post office will give you a receipt. Keep this safe as it is proof you have paid your rent.

3. On the Internet
You can pay your rent on the internet using a switch or delta card via Alliance & Leicester BillPay. Use this service and follow the instructions.

4. Debit card
Payments in respect of rent, sundry debts and service charges can be made by debit card. Contact the Database Team on telephone number 01772 450610 to make a payment.

We have introduced a feature to the Talk2Progress website that allows you to view your rent account online.

This secure site allows you to view your last ten transactions online and make online payments. To access your account online you will need a unique username and password.
