Tenant Inspectors

We currently have a number of Tenant Inspectors who play a vital role in checking the quality of services that we provide. Tenant Inspectors carry out regular inspections on empty properties before they are let to ensure they meet the lettable standard. Their comments and opinions help shape the standard in which we work to and ensure that it is met.

If you would like to become a Tenant Inspector please contact our Community Investment Team on 01772 450842 or register your interest here. Please note Tenant Inspectors work on a rotational basis and usually only carry out one inspection a quarter.
