Pay Your Rent
There are five ways that you can pay your rent. For more information about how to use any of these payment methods contact your Housing Officer.
You can pay:
1• By direct Housing Benefit payments
Housing Benefit is money you may get from your local council to help you pay your rent. Housing Benefit can be paid straight to us as your landlord.
If you do not receive full Housing Benefit you will still have to pay all or some of your rent by one of the other payment methods.
2• By direct debit
This is the easiest way to pay your rent. Payments can be made every Monday straight from your building society or bank account into ours. You can also choose to pay monthly on the 3rd or 20th of each month. We can only take an agreed amount from your account and we will tell you first if we need to change the account.
3• By Swipe Card
Cash or cheque payments can be made at any Post Office using a swipe card. Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of payment.
4• Online using a debit card
Payments can be made via our website. There is no charge to you for paying this way. We do not accept credit card payments. To pay your rent online, follow these simple steps:

Click on the 'Alliance & Leicester bill pay' link and follow the instructions.
5• by phone using a debit card
Payments can be made by phoning us on 01772 450610. You will need to tell us how much you want to pay, your tenancy reference number and your debit card details. Please note that we can only take payment from the debit card holder.
You can now view the last ten transactions on your rent account online and make online payments. To access your account online, you will need a unique username and password.
