Paying your rent

There are three ways to pay your rent to New Progress:

By Direct Debit
Monthly or weekly from your building society or bank account. You remain in control and can cancel the direct debit at any time. To request a direct debit form or telephone 01772 450600.

At any Post Office
New Progress swipe cards let you pay your rent at any post office counter. Just present your card with your cash or cheque payment and it will be credited to your account. The post office will give you a receipt. Keep this safe as it is proof you have paid your rent.

Swipe cards are being sent to every New Progress tenant. If you don't receive one, or need a replacement.

On the Internet
You can pay your rent on the internet using a switch or delta card via Girobank Billpay. Use this service and follow the instructions.

Housing Benefit

You may be entitled to help in paying your rent. Please contact your local council for further information.
