EMERGENCY OUT-OF-HOURS REPAIRS SERVICE

The emergency service operates from 5.15pm to 8.45am Monday to Thursday. On weekends, the line is open from 4.45pm Friday to 8.45am Monday.

Emergency service covers:
Where there is a danger to life and property
Burst pipes and severe leaks to roof
Blocked drains and toilets
Complete loss of electrical power or lighting
Complete loss of heating if no other source is available, for senior citizens, disabled persons, or families with young children.
